All sales and special orders are final. Refunds, exchanges or store credit are not allowed after the beginning of business the day following your order.

After your dress is ordered, the manufacturer will provide the store with an estimated ship date. This is the approximate date the dress will ship from the manufacturer. Your consultant will call you or send you an email usually within one week of ordering giving you this ship date. Your dress should arrive in the store five to seven business days after the ship date.

Once your gown arrives at the store, we will carefully inspect the gown. You will then be called. If you are not available to answer the phone, we will leave a voicemail.

You may make payments in person, mail your payment, or call the store to make payments by phone, or you can pay the balance when the gown arrives in the store. We ask that your gown be paid in full within 30 days of arrival in the store. All merchandise must be paid for in full prior to any alterations.

We request that you come within 10 days of your gown’s arrival in the store to inspect and try-on. This is important since we only have a limited period of time to return your gown to the manufacturer should there be any manufacturing issues with the gown. You are welcome to come and try-on any weekday during regular business hours. We do not schedule any inspections, pick-ups or try-ons on Saturday for the safety of your gown.

We have limited space so we ask that you take your gown and any accessories with you after inspection and try-on.

Alterations are not included in the cost of the gown. The seamstresses who come in the store are private contractors who set their own fees and are paid directly by the customer. The seamstresses require payment in cash on the day of pinning. You will receive a separate email from your seamstress with more detailed information prior to your pinning.

Please feel free to use the seamstress of your choice. If you opt to use the seamstresses here, alterations are pinned by appointment only. We recommend alterations be done four to six weeks prior to your first wearing (portraits, wedding day, etc). Appointment times are filled on a first come, first served basis. You should call the store at (256) 773-4956 to set up your alterations appointment.

One pressing of the gown is offered as a convenience to our brides. Any additional pressings are $35. You must schedule an appointed time to pick up your pressed gown. We require at least one week’s notice for pressing. Pressed gowns may be picked up Tuesday through Friday during regular business hours.

We recommend that you order all accessories (veil, headpiece, jewelry, etc) at the same time as your gown. This ensures your entire ensemble is ready for alterations and portraits. If you choose to order at a later time, keep in mind that accessories can take 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. It is best to order all at the same time.

We do carry two lines of bridesmaid dresses which are Sorella Vita and Bill Levkoff. With a minimum of three maids in the bridal party, you will receive 10% off each dress in the party.

Bridesmaid dresses take between 16 and 18 weeks to arrive. The entire party will need to have selected a size and have paid in full before the order is placed. We do not order bridesmaid dresses one at a time. If you have any questions about measuring of bridesmaids, your consultant can help you.

We have a wonderful selection of dresses for mothers, grandmothers and guests of the wedding. If bridesmaid gowns ordered is placed with us, Your mother, the groom’s mother and grandmothers may receive a 10% discount on their dress. Special order is also available.

We do rent tuxedos. We have a large selection in varying styles, colors and prices. To assure you get exactly what you want, tuxedos should be ordered at least one month prior to the wedding.

We are affiliated with Carlson Craft Invitations. With the purchase of your gown and a veil and/or headpiece, you may receive a 50% discount on your invitations. This discount does not apply to RSVPs, Reception Cards, Thank You cards, etc. These are ordered on-line only. There is a link on our website that will take you directly to the invitation ordering site.

We love to see pictures of all our beautiful brides on their big day. Please send pictures to your consultant or tag us in any Instagram or Facebook posts! We love to share pictures of our real brides!

After your wedding, you will want to bring your gown back to us and let us help you send it off for cleaning and preservation. You will receive $25 off the cost of preservation. It is a quick and easy process that will ensure the preservation of your investment.

As per your contract, it is your responsibility to pay all balances due and pick up your merchandise by the original wedding date. Any and all merchandise not picked up by the original wedding date becomes property of the store and will be subject to immediate sale. In the event your wedding is postponed, the balance is due by the original wedding date.
